Escorts in W1, W1K to W1H, with nine addresses lit up inside one postcode

W1 is the postcode this magazine was printed for. It reaches east from the park railings as far as the Tottenham Court Road, holding Mayfair, Marylebone, Soho and Fitzrovia inside one first half. Nine of our spreads sit within it, and this page is the index.

Part one

What the postcode actually covers

W1 is not one district but a dozen, split into letters most Londoners could not name under pressure. Ours are W1K and W1J for Mayfair and the Park Lane side, W1S for the Bond Street windows, and W1H at the Marble Arch end. The letters are useful because they tell you how far you will walk: anywhere inside W1K, W1J and W1S is fifteen minutes on foot from anywhere else inside them, with W1H adding another ten at the top of Park Lane. That is why an evening arranged in this postcode almost never needs a second taxi.

Part two

The nine spreads inside W1

Mayfair is the district entire, Brook Street to Piccadilly. Mount Street is the terracotta village we return to most, and Grosvenor Square is the working week beside it. Park Lane takes the hotel row facing the trees, and Marble Arch picks up where it ends.

Bond Street belongs to the windows and the Elizabeth line. Berkeley Square holds the late doors, Piccadilly the arcades, and Green Park the park side hotels at the bottom of the hill. Open any one of them for its hotels, its stations and the women who live nearest.

Part three

Five front doors, one postcode

W1K 4HR is the Mayfair benchmark and always has been, and W1J 9BR holds the Piccadilly corner. W1B 1JA faces down Regent Street from the top, W1T 1RJ sits up in Fitzrovia among the media offices, and W1D 3DH hides behind the theatres.

Locations, not arrangements. We work with no hotel in this postcode and no desk learns anything from us. Your companion gives your name in a lobby, or takes a lift alone after Bella has a number and a surname to put against it.

Part four

Crossing W1, and what it costs

Oxford Circus is the crossroads, about 2 minutes from the middle of the shopping street, where the Bakerloo meets the Central and the Victoria. Some 5 minutes west, Bond Street adds the Elizabeth line and the airport run. Roughly 7 minutes east, Tottenham Court Road brings the Northern and the theatres.

A car brings her, with mileage over the first two zones already in the price. Hours run from £400, and the longer shapes are on the rates page. Across this postcode a confirmed booking usually brings her to the door about an hour later, longer through the West End rush, and the chat gets the exact time as she sets off; her fee changes hands at the door, face to face.

Part five

The women who give a W1 address

Samanta, Angelika and Luna live in Mayfair, at the centre of the nine spreads. Jasmin, Molly and Tiffany are in Soho on the eastern side, and Liana and Rosa come from Marylebone at the northern edge. Start with The Women to choose a face before a street.

Because a good many guests give us a postcode rather than a district. A hotel confirmation says W1J, not Piccadilly, and this index turns one into the other.

Yes. Soho, Marylebone, Fitzrovia and the remainder of the postcode all fall within the first two zones, so travel is already in the price. The nine spreads exist because those are the streets we know best.

If you are in a hotel, the one matching its postcode. If you are choosing where to spend the evening, start with Mayfair for the district as a whole, or Mount Street for the short version.

The first hour is £400 across the postcode. Two hours cost £750, three cost £1,050, and four over dinner cost £1,300. The same figures apply on all nine spreads, and every one is printed on the rates page.
