How a booking comes together
Send the essentials
When, for how long and where: the day and hour, the length from the price list and your hotel or street. The pre-written message below saves the typing, and the room number can wait.
One check, then a written yes
Bella verifies the guest name on the reservation against the hotel and room, or the street address of a home, then sends one reply: who is coming, at what hour, for which length and at what figure.
The knock
Your companion appears on the stroke of the agreed time, dressed for the plan, and the fee goes to her, in person, the moment the booking begins.

Part one
Reply times, day and night
Day or night, a reply from Bella typically lands within ten to fifteen minutes, often sooner. Once your details check out, the confirmation arrives in writing and the evening is locked in for both of you. Around Mayfair and Bond Street, expect the knock inside the hour after that message.
Part two
Why there is a check at all
A name and a room tell your companion exactly who is expecting her, and tell Bella where she is going. It is asked once, reception is never called, and the details serve that booking and nothing else.
Part three
Booking a duo
For a dinner for three or a party that deserves a double entrance, ask Bella to pair two companions who are already good friends. Each is booked at her own rate from the same price list, the check is done once for both, and a day of notice gives the widest choice of pairs.

Messages that are not ours
Genuine messages from us come only through the WhatsApp and Telegram links printed on this site. Nobody here will ask to see your passport, charge a so-called release fee, sell you booking insurance or dream up any other fee with a made-up name. Message Bella the new number in the same thread the moment reception hands you the key. Upgrades happen constantly in W1 hotels, and the rest of the booking stays exactly as agreed.
Tonight or next season, both work. Requests for the same evening are fine whatever the time, a dinner date is simplest settled by teatime, and overnights, weekends and duos go most smoothly with a day or two in hand.
With three hours of notice or more, yes, without charge, as long as your companion's diary allows. Closer than that, the cancellation ladder on the rates page applies.
No. The registered name is for Bella's check and stops there. What your companion receives is the hotel, the room, the hour and whatever you would like to be called.
