Roxi comes out swinging, and smiling

Jab, cross, hook, and then the grin: that is Roxi's morning, and something of the rhythm stays with her all day. Confident and vivacious, she has long black hair, sparkling brown eyes and a curvy 168 cm frame that she dresses in bright, tropical glamour: a coral dress, gold sandals, oversized hoops, a stack of beaded bracelets that jingle when she talks with her hands.

Playful through and through, Roxi turns ordinary plans into good stories. She trains at a boxing gym for fun and fitness, keeps a podcast queue that runs from Roman emperors to unsolved mysteries, and disappears to the coast with a surfboard whenever the forecast allows. That mix makes her a brilliant conversationalist: she will have an opinion on the episode you half remember and a wipeout story to make you laugh. In her early twenties, she speaks energetic, witty English, and her confidence is the relaxed kind that puts everyone at ease.

For Mayfair she picks Gymkhana on Albemarle Street, a short stroll from Piccadilly, all dark wood, brass fans and hunting-lodge glamour, where the kebabs and curries have real fire and the room buzzes late.
